All question types can be personalized to fit your needs by hovering over the question title and click the Gear Icon to add custom functionality. In the same panel, you can also copy or delete a question.

NPS Question

A NPS (net promotor score) measures how likely your customers are to recommend your product or company to a friend or colleague. This type of question is supposed to be answered on a 0-10 scale. They are typically structured as follows: "On a scale of zero to ten, how likely are you to recommend our product/business to a friend or colleague?" You can add the title (the index of your question, it is not showed to the public) and the NPS question you would like to ask your customers. Clicking on the Gear Symbol, you will have the option to

  • upload a picture,
  • make the question required, or
  • add a description for the question.
